5:00 PM Securing All End Points: Understanding The Role Of Cyber Security In Autonomous Technology

Ensuring robust cyber security is becoming increasingly critical for the success of autonomous vehicles (AVs). This is partly due to the inter-connectivity between AVs and the internet, which opens the vehicles to hacking and other malicious attacks on its array of advanced electronics and sensors. In order to enable safe adoption of AVs, the core technology must be secured at all times. This session will highlight the various security challenges for AVs, potential cyber-attack scenarios and some of the actions that we can take to counter these potential malicious attacks.
